Job summary

Keiko Mecheri Perfume House offers you an opportunity to work in a dynamic team within an international environment.

Manage relationship with our worldwide partners from our office in Milano, Italy. Maintain liaison with our logistics centers located in Italy and Europe for orders and inventory. The position will focus primarily on administrative, operations, and marketing duties. The individual will communicate internally with all team members and have frequent external interaction with potential and existing clients.

Job description


  • Handle all accounting procedures: A/R, A/P, bank records, sales tax, expense reports, account records, in liaison with our logistics center and the CPA office.
  • Report directly to the Principals.
  • Manage the day-to-day office operations.
  • Liaising with internal and external teams / customers / vendors to ensure end-to-end processes in the ever changing business and to solve topics escalated;
  • Assist in industry compliance activities with the firm and its subsidiaries;
  • Assist in creation and document management of firm presentations;
  • Greet visitors, arrange scheduling, and handle set-up for meetings;
  • Organize and secure highly confidential company and employee information;
  • Answer phones, accept office deliveries;
  • Update and maintain the CRM database;
  • Interface with IT support;
  • Expense report tracking and processing;
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Job qualifications


  • 7+ years proven experience a must, of coordinating multiple projects/assignments simultaneously completing assigned tasks accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Must demonstrate a strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills;
  • Native level English is essential, superior verbal and written skills with a strong communication component;
  • Native level Italian, German skills a plus;
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with ability to learn new software applications;
  • Experience in working in an international environment will be an advantage;
  • Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environment;
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills;
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining a calm and professional demeanor when handling stressful situations as a result of heavy work volume and strict deadlines;
  • Exemplary work ethic;
  • Demonstrated acumen for solving problems and prioritizing workload;
  • Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly, outgoing personality.
